No response from a Volvo representative DIRECTLY since my response Email to them on February 18th. That is now 31 DAYS with no response to the unjust charges for their scan tool hook-up. NASTAF has no right to close a case and sweep it under the rug when NOTHING has been resolved. This is not about information. This is about the use of a TOOL to diagnose a Volvo vehicle that puts the working tech far out of reach of pricing to compete with a dealer. This is a very serious issue that will undermine the enhanced diagnostics of cars done by the aftermarket industry to compete with the dealers. Closing a case that states RESPONSE does not mean RESOLVED. I am very disapointed with the process! John Anello, President Auto Tech On Wheels

Price of information or access terms is not within the scope of NASTF.
