Thanks for your interest in HMAService.com. We have received your question and have also been contacted by the NASTF Feedback/Request Administrative Director. We are sorry that you have experienced problems accessing your account and hope the instructions below will help you to log in. Once you receive your registration email, when logging in, please be sure to type the password correctly, including any symbol characters shown, such as "$" (dollar sign) and "= " (equal sign), and using the correct letter or number for "O" or "0" (zero) and lowercase "l" (L) or "1" (one) or uppercase "I" (i), which may look similar in some fonts. Passwords are case sensitive. Check that font used to display email shows differences between similar characters - changing font may make it easier to view. I have manually checked your account information and found your ID and password to be working properly. The information is as shown below: First Name: Last Name: Email: Login Name: UserPassword: sample text 0123 abc HIJ klm NOP Please be sure to enter all characters of your password correctly. If these tips do not help resolve your problem, feel free to contact us again with more detail of the issue you are experiencing. Thanks for your interest in HMAService.com, Hyundai's service information website.
