Description of Repair unable to perform
All information contained in "Guided Fault Finding", for all vehicle systems. B6/B7 platform. The GFF, contains all troubleshooting and diagnostics information, now NOT available or included in the ebahnweb.com service data. GFF is only made available to Audi dealerships having a VAS 5051/5052 OEM service scan tool/computer.

OEM is unresponsive. Has not made any attempt to address this problem. Website claims they provide only what Audi of America provides, which omitts most of the needed information on purpose.

We appreciate your input and are making every effort to make our new service information website user friendly. As information is updated regularly, it is important to log on periodically for additional updated information. You should be aware that all GFF information available to dealers has been made available to the public. Audi Authorized Dealers, for example, are required to purchase VAS 5051/5052 scan tools to work on all Audi models. Therefore, these tools are available to the public for purchase or through our rental program. The VAS 5051/5052 Scan Tools contain the GFF procedures and information you reference in your e-mail dated 12/29/06 Please log on to ebahn.com, under tools, for more information.
